Job Overview:

The Design team at DelphianLogic is responsible for building a wide range of products and services in mature markets, primarily Fortune 500 corporations in the US and Europe.

DelphianLogic has been a CUSTOM design house. 10 years of building the finest custom eLearning solutions for some of the most prestigious corporations in the world. As we continue to build our custom solutions, our delivery operations and product development have diversified into building a range of technology solutions in the space of Enterprise technology, mobile apps, videos, immersive and Interactive media, gamified solutions, workshop designs, and more.

In an architect role, we expect the associate to set the design direction for a digital learning product. It would involve communicating and collaborating with stakeholders, conceptualizing the solution, and working either individually and/or with team members to achieve the desired end output.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with various cross-functional team members and actively participate in the conceptualization of digital products. Various elements of the role include:
Pre-production design
Design brief – understand requirements and design goals for product
Specifications – understand & adapt design specifications/style guide
Analysis – detail understanding of storyboard in line with design goals and specifications
Brainstorming – collaboration with ID to brainstorm/doodle graphic elements
Ideation – conceptualizing design solutions
Mockups /Prototype – designing proof of concept based on Brand guidelines/Specifications/Style guides
Design during production
Development – continuation and improvement of a designed solution
Testing – in situ testing of a designed solution
Post-production design feedback for future designs
Implementation – introducing the designed solution into the environment
Evaluation and conclusion – summary of process and results, including constructive criticism and suggestions for future improvements
Redesign – any or all stages in the design process repeated (with corrections made) at any time before, during, or after production.

Required Skills:

  • A strong visual sense in graphic design and layouts
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Especially in Photoshop & Illustrator)
  • Expert in Articulate Suite (Storyline 360 & Rise)
  • Good hands-on experience in Microsoft PowerPoint & Word
  • The ability to pay attention to detail
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Flexibility

Education and Experience:

  • Masters /bachelor’s degree in design (preferable)
  • 4-5 years’ latest working experience is in similar nature of work (eLearning design)
