Job Overview:

We seek a highly experienced SABA Learning SBX Specialist with over 15 years of expertise to lead, manage, and optimize our SABA Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SABA Learning SBX and a proven track record of successful implementations, customizations, and integrations within large and complex organizational environments. This role demands a strategic thinker who can drive learning and development initiatives, enhance user experience, and leverage analytics to support organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities:

System Implementation & Optimization

Lead the end-to-end implementation of SABA Learning SBX solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and requirements. Optimize the LMS environment for efficiency, performance, and user satisfaction. Manage system upgrades, patches, and customizations in collaboration with IT and vendor support teams.

Customization & Configuration
Customize and configure SABA Learning SBX to meet the specific needs of the organization, including developing custom reports, dashboards, and user interfaces. Design and implement tailored learning paths, competency frameworks, and assessment tools.

Integration & Data Management
Oversee the integration of SABA Learning SBX with other enterprise systems (e.g., HRIS, ERP, CRM) to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability. Manage data integrity, security, and compliance within the LMS environment.

Support & Training
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to the SABA Learning SBX platform.
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of the LMS.

Strategic Planning & Analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning and development strategies and goals. Utilize analytics and reporting tools to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in LMS technologies and learning management.

Project Management
Lead and manage multiple projects related to the SABA Learning SBX platform, ensuring timely and
within-budget delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and external vendors, to achieve project
objectives.

Required Skills:

  • Certified as a “SABA Learning SBX Specialist”
  • In-depth knowledge of learning management systems and their functionalities.
  • Knowledge of e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration).
  • 15+ years’ experience as an LMS Administrator or in a similar role.
