Priya Thiagarajan
Priya Thiagarajan, VP of Capability Development at Firstsource, is obsessed with reimagining learning at scale. She creates transformative learning designs using Design Thinking principles and develops learning assets like e-learning, simulations, videos, and interactive job aids. With extensive experience working with geographically distributed teams and complex organisational structures, Priya has expertise in instructional design, account and business management, project management, gamification, and experience centre design. Her previous roles include heading the National Training Content Development team at Vodafone India, overseeing product innovations at Tata Interactive Systems, and managing large accounts in the US.
Ricardo Vasconcelos
Ricardo Vasconcelos is a Learning & Development expert with 20+ years of experience. After a career as a Professor and Researcher in Organisational Psychology and Adult Education, he led an innovative industry consulting business before beginning an international HR career. He is now a Senior Learning Consultant for the Schindler Group, impacting 65K+ people worldwide. With 7 consecutive Brandon Hall HCM Excellence awards in the past 4 years, he’s an unconventional corporate poet with an unshakable ambition for breakthrough success.
Fernanda Bastos
Fernanda is a Senior Engineer at Roche Diagnostics with a passion for simplifying learning and making it fun! Starting as an intern in 2016, Fernanda has worked on a range of projects, from anomaly boards to external trials. With a knack for thinking outside the box and working with people, Fernanda’s skills shine through in every project she tackles. She holds a Master’s in Cross-cultural Communication and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration
Ina Kalus
Ina is a dynamic professional creating engaging and meaningful learning experiences at Roche Diagnostics since 2013. She’s now the Subchapter Lead Training Compliance and Effectiveness, driving training for the R&D Department in the Diagnostics Area. With a decade of experience as a PostDoc and team lead in university research, Ina brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her current role. She’s committed to changing the mindset around training from “must” to “benefit,” creating learner-oriented solutions that are fun and meaningful.
